Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 7, 2026

Welcome to Tabiday. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tabiday application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tabiday ("we," "us," or "our"), a Taiwan-based developer.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tabiday is an AI-powered travel itinerary planning tool available on iOS, Android, and the web at tabiday.com. The Service allows you to create, edit, and share travel itineraries, and provides AI-generated trip suggestions and place descriptions.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service, including custom itineraries and saved places ("User Content").

3.2 License Grant to Tabiday

By submitting User Content, you grant Tabiday a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This includes displaying publicly shared trips to other users and on publicly accessible pages.

3.3 Public Sharing

When you make a trip public, it becomes viewable by anyone with the link or through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to share publicly. You may change a trip back to private at any time, but content that has already been copied or cached by others or by search engines may remain accessible.

3.4 Content Removal

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate trip suggestions, place descriptions, and other content ("AI Content"). You acknowledge and agree that:

You agree not to:

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Tabiday's Rights

The Service, including its design, code, brand, logos, and non-user content, is owned by Tabiday and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Tabiday name, logo, or branding.

6.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Google Maps and AI service providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
